Terms of Service

Last updated: August 4, 2026

This website is operated by Full Resolution Transfers. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Full Resolution Transfers.

Full Resolution Transfers offers this website, including all information, tools, products, and services available through the website, conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service and all other policies referenced herein.

By visiting our website, submitting artwork, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, businesses, organizations, and other users of the website.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or purchase our products.

1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website.

You may not use our products, website, artwork services, or printing services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You may not violate any applicable laws, including copyright, trademark, intellectual-property, privacy, or consumer-protection laws.

A violation of these Terms may result in the cancellation of your order, restriction of your account, termination of service, or other appropriate action.

2. Products and Services

Full Resolution Transfers provides custom-printed products, including:

  • Direct-to-film, or DTF, heat transfers.

  • UV DTF transfers and decals.

  • Gang sheets.

  • Custom-printed transfer products.

  • Related printing and design services.

Because these products are manufactured according to customer-submitted artwork, dimensions, quantities, colors, and other specifications, they are considered custom-made products.

Product images, mockups, photographs, videos, measurements, descriptions, application instructions, and examples are provided for general informational purposes. Actual products may have minor differences in color, size, finish, texture, opacity, alignment, or appearance due to the custom-printing process.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or refuse any product or service at any time.

3. Custom-Printed Products

DTF and UV DTF transfers are produced specifically for each order. Customers are responsible for verifying all order information before submitting an order, including:

  • Artwork.

  • Spelling and grammar.

  • Image quality.

  • Dimensions.

  • Orientation.

  • Quantities.

  • Colors.

  • Gang-sheet layouts.

  • Cutting requirements.

  • Product type.

  • Shipping information.

Once an order enters artwork preparation or production, it cannot ordinarily be changed, canceled, or refunded.

Custom-printed products are not eligible for returns or refunds because of a change of mind, customer ordering error, incorrect artwork, unsuitable artwork, incorrect dimensions, or failure to follow application instructions.

Eligible defective or incorrect products may be exchanged or replaced in accordance with our Refund and Exchange Policy.

4. Artwork Requirements

Customers are responsible for submitting artwork that is suitable for printing.

Artwork should meet the resolution, file format, background, sizing, transparency, color, and other requirements listed on the applicable product page or artwork-submission page.

We are not responsible for quality problems caused by customer-supplied artwork, including:

  • Pixelation.

  • Blurriness.

  • Compression artifacts.

  • Jagged edges.

  • Incorrect transparency.

  • Unwanted backgrounds.

  • Missing design elements.

  • Incorrect colors.

  • Improper dimensions.

  • Distortion.

  • Low-resolution images.

  • Incorrectly arranged gang sheets.

Unless design or artwork-repair services are purchased or expressly included, files are generally printed as submitted.

We may contact the customer when we identify an obvious artwork problem, but we are not obligated to inspect, proofread, repair, correct, resize, or otherwise modify every submitted file.

5. Artwork Approval and Proofs

When a proof or mockup is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving it before production.

Customer approval confirms that the customer accepts the artwork’s:

  • Content.

  • Spelling.

  • Layout.

  • Dimensions.

  • Orientation.

  • Placement.

  • Quantity.

  • General appearance.

Approval may be provided through email, text message, online submission, order notes, an approval button, or another documented communication method.

Once approved, the customer is responsible for errors that were visible in the proof or mockup.

Computer screens and mobile devices display colors differently. A digital proof is intended to show layout and content and is not a guarantee of an exact color match.

6. Customer Artwork and Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, names, trademarks, slogans, characters, designs, or other content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You created the content or have permission to use it.

  • You have the right to reproduce and print it.

  • Its use does not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

  • The content does not violate applicable law.

You retain ownership of your original artwork. However, you grant Full Resolution Transfers a limited, nonexclusive license to access, store, modify when requested, reproduce, print, and otherwise use the submitted content as necessary to process and complete your order.

We may refuse, suspend, or cancel an order when we reasonably believe the submitted content is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, hateful, obscene, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

The customer assumes responsibility for claims arising from artwork or content supplied by the customer. Full Resolution Transfers is not responsible for determining whether customer-submitted artwork violates another party’s rights.

7. Portfolio and Promotional Use

We will not claim ownership of customer-submitted artwork.

Unless you request otherwise in writing, you authorize us to photograph or display completed products for portfolio, website, social-media, advertising, or promotional purposes.

We will not knowingly represent a customer’s artwork as artwork originally created by Full Resolution Transfers.

You may request that confidential, unreleased, or private work not be used publicly by contacting us before production.

8. Colors and Printing Variations

We make reasonable efforts to produce accurate and consistent prints. However, exact color matching is not guaranteed unless a specific color-matching service has been agreed to in writing.

Colors may vary because of:

  • Screen calibration.

  • Device display settings.

  • Color profiles.

  • RGB-to-CMYK conversion.

  • Artwork transparency.

  • White-ink layers.

  • Printer conditions.

  • Ink batches.

  • Films, adhesives, and coatings.

  • Garment or substrate color.

  • Lighting conditions.

  • Normal manufacturing tolerances.

Minor variations between separate orders or production runs are not automatically considered defects.

9. DTF Application

DTF application settings are provided as general recommendations. Actual results may vary depending on the heat press, garment, material, temperature accuracy, pressure, pressing time, peeling method, repressing method, and environmental conditions.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Confirming that the garment or material is suitable for DTF application.

  • Using a properly operating heat press.

  • Following the supplied pressing instructions.

  • Testing one transfer before applying the full order.

  • Allowing the garment to cool or peeling as instructed.

  • Following appropriate washing and care instructions.

Household irons and handheld craft presses may not provide consistent temperature or pressure.

We are not responsible for garments, transfers, or other materials damaged by incorrect temperature, pressure, pressing time, peeling, washing, storage, or application.

Stop application and contact us immediately if the first test transfer appears defective. Continuing to apply transfers after discovering a possible problem may affect eligibility for replacement.

10. UV DTF Application

UV DTF transfers are intended for compatible hard, smooth, clean, and properly prepared surfaces. Surface coatings, textures, curves, finishes, oils, dust, moisture, temperature, and environmental exposure may affect adhesion.

Customers are responsible for testing compatibility before applying multiple transfers or applying a transfer to an expensive or irreplaceable item.

UV DTF transfers are generally not intended for direct application to skin, fabric, food, or surfaces that are unsuitable for adhesive decals.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not guarantee that UV DTF transfers are dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe, food-contact-safe, weatherproof, permanent, or compatible with every surface.

We are not responsible for damage to customer-supplied cups, glassware, signs, equipment, vehicles, electronics, furniture, or other items during application or removal.

11. Test Applications

Customers should test one DTF or UV DTF transfer before applying the entire order.

A claim may be limited or denied when the customer continues applying transfers after identifying an apparent defect, because continued application can prevent us from determining whether the issue resulted from production, storage, equipment, surface preparation, or application technique.

Unless we approve otherwise in writing, replacement claims do not include reimbursement for blank garments, cups, signs, labor, lost production, lost sales, or other materials onto which the transfers were applied.

12. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Suspected fraud.

  • Payment problems.

  • Pricing or listing errors.

  • Inventory or supply limitations.

  • Equipment failure.

  • Artwork concerns.

  • Intellectual-property concerns.

  • Abusive or threatening conduct.

  • Violation of these Terms.

  • Orders that we are unable to produce safely or accurately.

An order is considered accepted when payment is successfully processed and the order is approved for production.

If we cancel an order before production for reasons unrelated to customer misconduct, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled portion.

13. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotions, product availability, production times, shipping charges, and other offers may change without notice.

Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, contact, and shipping information.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method submitted for the total amount shown at checkout, including products, services, shipping, taxes, and other disclosed charges.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, calculation, typographical, or product-listing errors. If a material pricing error affects an order, we may contact the customer to approve the corrected price or cancel and refund the affected item.

14. Taxes

Applicable sales taxes and other transaction-based charges may be calculated and collected based on the information available at checkout.

Tax-exempt customers must provide valid exemption documentation before placing an order or before the applicable tax is collected. We are not obligated to refund previously collected taxes when valid documentation was not provided before the transaction.

Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, or import charges imposed by their jurisdiction.

15. Production Times

Production times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Production begins after all required payment, artwork, information, and approvals have been received.

Production may be delayed by:

  • Artwork problems.

  • Customer approval delays.

  • Equipment maintenance or failure.

  • Supply shortages.

  • High order volume.

  • Weather.

  • Power or internet outages.

  • Carrier interruptions.

  • Events outside our reasonable control.

Rush production must be approved in advance. Paying for expedited shipping does not automatically shorten production time.

We are not responsible for losses caused by an estimated production or delivery date being missed, except where required by law.

16. Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates unless a guaranteed service has been purchased and the carrier’s guarantee applies.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling, routing, delays, and service terms.

Customers must inspect packages promptly after delivery and report shipping damage, missing products, or incorrect products within the time stated in our Refund and Exchange Policy.

Full Resolution Transfers is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by a shipping carrier.

  • Incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.

  • Packages returned because of an incomplete or undeliverable address.

  • Packages stolen or lost after confirmed delivery.

  • Delivery delays caused by weather, emergencies, customs, or other events beyond our control.

Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be resent because of incorrect customer information or an unclaimed package.

17. Local Pickup

Orders selected for local pickup must be collected from the designated pickup location during the available pickup hours.

Customers should wait until they receive confirmation that the order is ready before arriving.

A valid order confirmation or identification may be required at pickup.

Orders that remain unclaimed for an extended period may be considered abandoned after reasonable attempts to contact the customer, subject to applicable law.

18. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and change requests must be submitted before production begins.

Because custom orders may enter production shortly after payment, cancellation or modification requests are not guaranteed.

Once artwork preparation, printing, cutting, curing, packaging, or another production step has started, the order may no longer be changed, canceled, or refunded.

Additional charges may apply when a requested change requires new artwork preparation, reprinting, resizing, rearranging, or additional materials.

19. Refunds, Exchanges, and Replacements

All purchases are subject to our separately posted Refund and Exchange Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

DTF and UV DTF products are custom printed and are generally not returnable or refundable.

A defective or incorrect product may qualify for an exchange or replacement when:

  • The product has a verified printing or manufacturing defect.

  • We printed the wrong approved artwork.

  • We produced the wrong size, quantity, or product because of our error.

  • The order was damaged during shipping and the claim meets the applicable requirements.

Customers must provide the order number, photographs, quantities affected, and any other information reasonably required to evaluate a claim.

Approved replacements will ordinarily be made using the same artwork, dimensions, quantity, and specifications as the original order.

20. User Comments, Reviews, and Submissions

When you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, suggestion, comment, or other non-order-related content, you grant us permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display that content in connection with our business and marketing.

You agree that your submission will not:

  • Infringe another person’s rights.

  • Contain unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or deceptive material.

  • Contain malware or malicious code.

  • Misrepresent your identity or experience.

We may remove or decline to publish submitted content at our discretion.

21. Personal Information

The collection and use of personal information through the website are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Payments and certain website functions may be processed by Shopify or other third-party providers according to their own terms and privacy practices.

22. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may include services, tools, payment processors, shipping services, applications, or links provided by third parties.

We do not control every third-party service and are not responsible for third-party websites, content, availability, security, policies, errors, or conduct.

Use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider’s separate terms and policies.

23. Errors and Inaccuracies

Information on the website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, production times, shipping charges, availability, or other information.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders when information is materially inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted.

24. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website or our services:

  • For an unlawful purpose.

  • To infringe intellectual-property rights.

  • To submit false, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading information.

  • To transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.

  • To collect another person’s information without authorization.

  • To interfere with the website’s security or operation.

  • To scrape, copy, reproduce, or exploit website content without authorization.

  • To harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against another person.

  • To order products containing prohibited or unlawful content.

  • To circumvent ordering, payment, account, or security systems.

We may terminate access or cancel orders when prohibited use is suspected.

25. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, services, instructions, and products are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Except for express written product commitments and rights that cannot legally be excluded, we disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

26. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full Resolution Transfers and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost sales, lost production, lost data, lost opportunities, or replacement labor.

For a claim relating to a product or order, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We are not responsible for damage to garments, blanks, drinkware, signs, substrates, equipment, or other customer property resulting from application, testing, washing, removal, storage, or use of a transfer.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

27. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Full Resolution Transfers and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Your unlawful use of the website or products.

  • Artwork or content you submit.

  • Your infringement of another party’s intellectual-property or other rights.

  • False or misleading information you provide.

This section does not require you to indemnify us for conduct for which indemnification cannot legally be required.

28. Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, public-health emergencies, carrier interruptions, utility failures, equipment failures, internet outages, or supply-chain disruptions.

29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

30. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or another provision later.

31. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Refund and Exchange Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, product-page terms, artwork requirements, and other posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Full Resolution Transfers regarding your use of the website and purchase of products.

If a product page contains terms that are more specific than these general Terms, the product-page terms will control for that product to the extent of a direct conflict.

32. Governing Law

These Terms and transactions with Full Resolution Transfers are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

This section does not deprive a consumer of protections that cannot legally be waived under the laws applicable to that consumer.

33. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the website.

The current version will include an updated revision date. Changes apply prospectively from the date they are posted unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Continued use of the website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
